The villa overlooks a beautifully manicured garden and private swimming pool, with several furnished outdoor areas, perfect for relaxing, alfresco dining and enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate. Spread over two floors, the interiors are spacious, warm and enriched with carefully selected decorations. From here, the beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella are easily accessible by car or cable car, while destinations such as Catania, Mount Etna, the Alcantara Gorges and the Cyclops Riviera are all within easy driving distance.

The villa
The ground floor features elegant living areas, designed for both comfort and style. Guests will find a spacious living room with decorative fireplace, a cosy tearoom, a study, a lounge with a large screen and projector, a refined dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This floor also features a guest bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite shower.
Two flights of stairs lead to the first floor, where four romantic bedrooms await.

The villa is surrounded by terraces, a Mediterranean garden and a private solarium. In the middle of the outdoor area is the private swimming pool, open all year round and heated to 25 °C (up to 400 kWh included). From November to April, a pool cover is available to keep the water temperature optimal.
