Villa Rustica
Villa Rustica was born from the restoration and restoration of a farmhouse from the first years of '900. The house is located near a stream, surrounded by green and quiet forests. The owners have retained the original structure and most of the original material, such as ceiling bricks and sturdy wooden beams, matching the current bright colours and contemporary interior design. The property is located in the countryside, just 4 km from the evocative medieval centre of Lucca and a few kilometres from the art cities of Pisa and Florence. The beautiful beaches of Versilia, the well-known locations of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are not that far.

Interior
The house is spread over two levels with five rooms on the first floor, all different from each other and all equipped with a private bathroom with shower. The ground floor is characterized by a large living room with fireplace and table and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary you need. On the ground floor there is also a service bathroom, a laundry room and an internet point at the entrance.

Outside
Flower beds and evergreen borders surround the house that open onto a large garden with a swimming pool and solarium. The fully fenced property covers an area of about 3000 square meters. Guests can enjoy lunches and dinners under the gazebo at the front of the living room, while enjoying the views of the pool and the fresh air blowing in from the nearby hills. Swimming pool
The pool is on a higher level compared to the living area of the house and is easily accessible via the stairs from the living area in front of the living room. Rectangular with an infinity edge on the side in front of the house, it measures 11x 7.50 m with a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.50 m and has a saltwater treatment plant and a PVC lining with a border in local stone. Easy steps give access to the water. The solarium area consists of a natural lawn and is equipped with sunbeds, sun loungers and umbrellas. Swimming pool open from May 1st to October 1st.
