In the bar you can get a coffee + filled croissant for €6.
Other breakfast formulas are negotiable.

Airport transportation can be provided for you. This for up to 4 people (including luggage)
From Catania => 75€ per trip (driving time: 1h20)
From Comiso => 50€ per trip (driving time: 1h)

We can also help you book the (cheapest) flight.

Payment terms
We ask for a 50% advance payment of the rental amount to be paid at the agreed time with you. You pay the balance one month before departure, plus a 250 euro deposit. Payment of the deposit is mandatory!
You will receive this back within a week after the rental period, deducted from any damage.
Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels up to 1 month before the stay, the deposit will be withheld as compensation.
If the tenant cancels between 1 month before the stay and the stay itself, the full rental amount will be withheld.
In the event of cancellation by the landlord, the full amount paid will be refunded.
