Located 25 minutes south of Olbia near the beautiful beaches of San Teodoro and Budoni. The house is located on top of a hill with an almost 360 degree fantastic view to the sea and the hilly valley with the neighboring villages on it.
From this quiet base you can plan various day trips such as kayaking in the beautiful nature reserve Biderosa, visiting the Nuraghi and the beaches of Orosei, diving at the island of Tavolara, hiking on the mountains or swimming at the waterfalls of Monte Nieddu.
The village of San Lorenzo (4 km from the beach of Budoni) has a small market and a bar/pizzeria; in Budoni itself you can also find all kinds of shops.
The apartment has a huge private terrace with a fantastic view of the valley, a large living room with open kitchen (with sofa bed and possibly an extra bed), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Everything is new and furnished for a comfortable stay.
