25 minutes south of Olbia near the beautiful beaches of San Teodoro and Budoni. The house is located on top of a hill with an almost 360 degree fantastic view to the sea and the hilly valley with neighboring villages.
From this quiet base you can plan various day trips such as kayaking in the beautiful Biderosa nature reserve, visiting the Nuraghi and the beaches of Orosei, diving at the island of Tavolara, hiking on the mountains or swimming at the waterfalls of Monte Nieddu.

The village of San Lorenzo (4 km from Budoni beach) has a small market and a bar/pizzeria; in Budoni itself you can also find all kinds of shops.
The apartment has a huge private terrace with a fantastic view of the valley, a large living room with open kitchen (with sofa bed and possibly an extra bed), a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Everything is new and furnished for a comfortable stay.

Strategic place far from the chaos while close to the many insights of the island, such as kayaking in the beautiful nature reserve Biderosa, visiting the Nuraghi and the beaches of Orosei, diving at the island of Tavolara or hiking on the mountains or swimming at the waterfalls of Monte Nieddu.

San Lorenzo - Strategic location
Budoni beach is truly exceptional, with excellent parking available for little money! The sand is exquisitely fine and the water is crystal clear, accompanied by a refreshing breeze throughout the day. There is ample space for all visitors to enjoy, making it a perfect destination for a day of relaxation and fun.

Mount Nieddu
San Teodoro is a typical coastal town with beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants and a large group of pink flamingos.
