Villa Maillard is a beautiful detached villa with sea views. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideally located on the south coast of Sardinia, in the town of Quartu Sant'Elena – Capitana.

The capital Cagliari and the airport are only 20 km from the villa. The perfect stay 'for your holiday getaway'.

The interior design of the fully renovated villa reflects (understated) luxury, with Italian vintage items and an eye for beautiful details. Designed by owner and interior designer Barbara Maillard.

On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area, attractive fireplace and a beautiful dining table for eight people. The modern kitchen that is fully equipped, the luxurious master bathroom and the attractive Sunrise bedroom (for 2 persons) are also located on the ground floor. You can dine outside on the adjoining veranda at the spacious dining table. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.

On the first floor are the second bathroom, the Ocean bedroom (for 2 persons) and the spacious Blossom bedroom (for 2 to 4 persons). These bedrooms both have their own access to the breathtaking roof terrace with sea view. Both rooms have their own lounge area, where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening.

The villa is located in a nice residential area, on a plot of 1000 m2, with a fully fenced garden. It is quietly located with an unobstructed view of the idyllic nature and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The beach of Capitana is only 1.5 km from the villa. Fancy some liveliness? Within no time you are in the tourist resorts such as Costa Rei, Villasimius and Chia.

Due to its spacious layout, the villa can accommodate up to eight guests and will be rented in its entirety. Ideal for families, friends, couples, retreats and working remotely. Our luxurious new box spring beds offer the option of choosing a spacious Kingsize bed (180 cm x 200 cm) or 2 single box springs (90 cm x 200 cm) per room.

First alone, then with my husband and finally with my children. My love for Sardinia also became my husband's love and we secretly fantasized about our own place here. Explanation of prices

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing (via email) to Villa Maillard. The cancellation is effective after Villa Maillard has received this message and confirmed it in writing.

In the event of a cancellation, the following amounts are due:

In case of cancellation up to 3 months before the day of arrival; 50% of the total travel sum.
In case of cancellation between 3 months and 8 weeks before the day of arrival; 70% of the total travel sum.
In case of cancellation between 8 weeks and 3 weeks before the day of arrival; 85% of the total travel sum.
In case of cancellation within 3 weeks before the day of arrival: 100% of the total travel sum.

In the event of cancellation, refund of the amounts paid (or the provision of a so-called voucher) is unfortunately not possible. We therefore advise all tenants to take out a good cancellation insurance (All Risk).
In case of cancellation, the tenant can then claim a full refund of the rent from the insurer. The reason for cancellation must fall within the coverage area of the cancellation insurance.

In the event of force majeure such as a strike, (civil) war, a natural disaster or terrorism, it will be examined in consultation with the tenant whether another holiday accommodation is available elsewhere or whether cancellation will take place.
