Beautiful villa for rent in Velletri, 45 minutes by car from Rome. In the middle of the vineyards and olive groves lies this classic Italian villa, completely renovated with great care and attention. In just a 45-minute drive you are in the heart of Rome, the airport or the beach.

The villa in Velletri, the birthplace of Emperor Augustus, has a long driveway and from the garden or the olive grove you have a magnificent view over the Castelli Romani area, and even the sea. It is located near the strawberry town of Nemi and the beautiful Castel Gandolfo.

An apartment has been built at the Villa.
The fully furnished villa itself features a dining room, generous sitting area, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The adjoining apartment also has 1 bedroom, a kitchen, sitting area and a bathroom.
On the spacious plot with fruit trees, there is also a lovely swimming pool and of course a veranda with a lovely BBQ area.
Although the supermarket is a few minutes' drive away, and so are the restaurants, a car is recommended.

In 2022, Mark and Nicolette bought this wonderful holiday home in Velletri and named it Pochi per Tanti, which means Little for Many. With great care and attention they have beautifully renovated this Roman house and, apart from their busy lives in the Netherlands, they enjoy it as much as possible.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
