We bought our house 1.5 years ago with the idea of letting friends, family and nature lovers enjoy the most beautiful region of Italy.
Here where the summers are pleasantly warm with the gentle coolness of the mountains, you can really relax in the silence of nature.
We bought the house empty and furnished it with completely unfurnished. Everything is new and fresh. We use the tips of the tenants to make the house more beautiful and pleasant. We wish you a nice holiday

Cancellations within 48 hours of reservation:

If you decide to cancel within 48 hours of making the reservation, we will offer a full refund of the rental amount.
Cancellations more than one month before the rental period:

For cancellations made more than one month before the planned rental period, we offer a full refund of the rental amount.

Cancellations within one month before the rental period:

For cancellations made within one month before the planned rental period, we will charge 50% of the total rental amount.

Cancellations within one week before the rental period:

For cancellations made within one week before the planned rental period, we will charge 75% of the total rental amount.

No refund for early departure:

In case of early departure during the rental period, no refund will be made for the unused days. Minimum Cancellation Period: Please note that for cancellations with a right to a refund, there is a minimum cancellation period of one month before the planned rental period.
