The ideal base to smell, feel and taste the rich nature, culture and gastronomy of the region. Discover the World Heritage region of the Langhe with places such as Alba and Monferrato and taste the most delicious Barolo and Barbaresco or the world-famous white truffle.

Be seduced by the delicious flavors of the authentic Slow Food gastronomy that originated here. Experience authentic Italian culture in cities such as Turin or Genoa. Enjoy the hot springs in Acqui Terme or how about a day on the Ligurian coast, with gems such as Finale Ligure or Final Borgo, surrounded by medieval walls, towers and gates. Or just spend a day lazing by our swimming pool and take a walk through the beautiful forests in the area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our swimming pool is unheated and open from June to September. Every reservation includes organic cotton bed linen, wonderfully soft bath towels, dishcloths for the kitchen and internet. We are surrounded by beautiful nature, which we attach importance to. We want to be sustainable and only use ecological products. Can we ask you to do the same? We also separate our waste. You can bring this, separate and free of charge, to the municipal containers, a little further on. These are emptied daily.

Cancellation for any reason is possible and must always be done by e-mail to the landlord. (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Chef Luca Bazzano is already the fifth generation to lead the kitchen, and with him the quality of the restaurant has risen incredibly. Mainly local products are used. The chef sticks to his roots, but with a modern reinterpretation.
Absolutely recommended, also for lunch. Be sure to book in advance.

Villa al Plin is located on the small road, not far from the Strada Provinciale SP24. Easily accessible, but with enough peace and privacy. In the spring we enjoy the poppies in the wall along the road.
