Alba is a pleasant place with a beautiful shopping street and many restaurants. In November the International Truffle Market takes place here where you can buy delicious truffles and taste dishes made with this exclusive delicacy.

Other villages worth visiting are Barolo, Canelli and of course Roccoverano.
Take a quiet or sporty walk or a bike ride through the vineyards and many hazelnut trees.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
informs you that you will no longer use the rented property
