Modern and functional, Casa Angiolina is completely independent, just a few meters from the Castello Savoia di Govone, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the village center of Govone.

At the top of the hill, it has a spectacular view of the vineyards and hazel groves of the Roero and Langhe. It is strategically located for visiting the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato: it is a few minutes drive from Alba, Asti, Barbaresco, and Barolo, an hour from Turin, and 2 hours from Milano. Suitable for families with children and groups of friends.

Govone has a geographical and territorial location that places it in a strategic position for visiting the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. All municipal life is affected by this proximity to the Asti and Albese areas.
Even the wine production activity, which is driving the economic life of the village, intense qualities of grapes typical of the two areas: namely Barbera d'Asti, Barbera d'Alba, Roero Arneis, Dolcetto d'Alba and Nebbiolo.
In the village you will find many stores, restaurants serving Piedmontese cuisine, and a supermarket in the main square. In the spring and throughout the fall there are concerts and events at the Castle (Tulips at Court, Regally Pink, The Magic Christmas Village) and events related to truffles and our food and wine culture, absolutely to see and experience!

We are close to all major points of interest such as Alba, Asti, Barolo, Neive, Barbaresco, Santo Stefano Belbo and many others. In one hour you can get to Turin the first Capital of Italy, and only 1.30 minutes to Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore

To reach the house, it is recommended to have a car and properly follow the directions that are sent before check-in.

Casa Angiolina is an original farmhouse built in 1750 for the court tailor of the royal family Savoy of the Castle of Govone, UNESCO World Heritage. It belongs to my family since generations, we grown happy to enjoy its beauty, it has been restored respecting the original structure; we love this house where you’ll find same love and serenity. Furnished with original furniture and furnishings from the Castle. Modern and functional.

Casa Angiolina stands on top of the hill of the Savoy castle and from here everything is even more beautiful: you enjoy a spectacular view of the vineyards and hazelnut groves of Roero and Langhe, you are surrounded by greenery and flowers of the garden, you can take a walk along the pergola and ancient boxwood hedges, you can relax in the conservatory in winter, the perfect place for your readings and dreams, or you can get your fresh outdoor shower for refreshing while sunbathing in the solarium in the lawn.

There is the organic vegetable garden, there are the aromatic herbs, and the orchard waiting for you.
On the ground floor: the living room with fireplace that opens onto the terraced garden, the large living room with fully equipped kitchen for cooking delicacies: you will find the oven, the dishwasher, the toaster, the boiler, the coffee pots, all the pots you desire suitable for cooking and full furnishings, glasses, plates, cutlery and pottery; the veranda with the fireplace and the window to have light and sun even in the colder seasons, the bathroom and laundry.

Going upstairs to the first floor along the original stone staircase, here you find four spacious bedrooms all with balcony windows or terrace and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Hi, my name is Cristina, I come from the lands of Roero, near Alba, in Piedmont. My birth village is Govone
My grandparents instilled a love for the countryside in me. They taught me to respect and appreciate its rhythms and seasons. They showed me how to cultivate the land. Farming is hard work, but very rewarding.
I care for Casa Angioilina and my guests with great passion and love.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The base rate is for a maximum of 6 persons (3 bedrooms will be opened).
The 4th bedroom can be opened on request for an additional charge of € 20,00 per night.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date. In this case, the 30% deposit will be returned to you without penalty.
If you cancel your reservation within 15 days of arrival, the 30% deposit will not be returned to you.
7 days before arrival, full payment of the reservation will be required.

City tax is EUR 1.5 per person per night. This tax does not apply to children under the age of 10.

We would like to inform you that a cash deposit will be required as a security deposit upon check-in. The amount required is €300 and will be returned upon check-out, upon verification of the general condition of the accommodation and the absence of damage. If damage is found, the amount necessary to properly restore the accommodation will be charged.
