The house, made of Langa stone, has been restored while preserving its original spirit but adding all modern comforts (air conditioning, heating, and mosquito nets in every room). It is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, and dining area; on the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

In front of the house, there is a spacious dining area with a barbecue, a terrace for relaxing, and at the back, with a view of the vineyards and the valley, there is a large garden with a renovated pool (2024) and a hot tub - all for the exclusive use of the guests.

We are located in San Donato, a hamlet of Mango, on a beautiful hill that offers stunning panoramic views from every side (640 meters above sea level). The house is perfectly positioned between some of the best places to enjoy the gastronomic wonders of the Langhe (Neive, Barbaresco, Alba) and the natural beauties with the hiking trails of Alta Langa. The sea and the city (Turin) are less than 2 hours by car from the house, and Asti is 45 minutes away.

Our home, with its pool, garden, and equipped patio with a barbecue area, is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration. :)

The villa is divided into two living units: one dedicated to guests and the other where my husband and I live. The accommodations are independent, as are the entrances and all spaces, both indoor and outdoor.
You will have a spacious parking area right in front of the house, from which you can directly access your accommodation.

Thanks to this house division I'm always available to solve any small issues that might come up and to offer advice or information about the area.

I’m 42 years old and live in my beloved Langhe hills with my husband Riccardo and our two very old cats. When we’re not working (I as a consumer researcher and Riccardo as a music teacher), we run the Bar Circolo in San Donato, take long walks in the hills, try out new restaurants, and explore wineries. Oh, and when we have some free time, we enjoy going to concerts and traveling! :)

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The host charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

• Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 60 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 60 days (inclusive) to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the renter informs on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), he will still be liable for the full rental price.
