The apartment is part of a completely restored farmhouse, located in the countryside of the undiscovered and unspoilt Molise region. In this region you can still find real peace, untouched nature, rolling green hills, and super friendly and hospitable people. The Molise is a wonderful area that has not yet been discovered by the tourist and therefore very authentic.
The apartment has its own entrance and consists of one large room which is divided by a room divider into a sleeping area (2 x 1 bed) and a living area with sofa bed (1.50 x 2.00). There is a very spacious open kitchen which is fully equipped and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
Two large windows at the front overlook the large garden with walnut trees, apples, pears, our own olive grove, and the rolling hills of the Molise. At the rear you have a beautiful view of the village of Montenero di Bisaccia and with clear weather you can even see the Maiella mountains.
The apartment has a private terrace, located at the rear of the house, but guests can of course also use the garden where there are plenty of places to relax.
The Dutch owners have restored the entire house with care and attention and are always working on perfecting it.
The house is located between the 2 villages Montenero di Bisaccia and Guglionesi, both about 7 km away. Here you will find butchers, bakers, supermarkets and nice small village shops, but also various restaurants where you can enjoy real Italian food. Termoli (approx. 20 minutes drive) is the largest place in the immediate vicinity where you can go for shopping. Here you will find more luxurious shops, cafes, many restaurants, the train station, the harbor and the beach. But there are several beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity. Petacciato, with a beautiful wide sandy beach, is a fifteen minute drive away. Almost all beaches in the Molise have the blue flag which stands for clean and clear sea water.
Other nearby places worth visiting are Vasto, Campobasso (the capital of the Molise), and Sepino with its excavations. At an hour's drive, the rolling hills of the Molise change into somewhat higher mountain peaks and you find yourself in untouched nature which is protected by the WWF.
