La Serenissima

La Serenissima is located in a very quiet area amid the hills of Le Marche, close to the city of Tolentino.

The beautiful nature is easily accessible. Be sure to take a walk in the nature reserve of Monte Canfaito in San Severino Marche. Monte Sibillini is also easily accessible (45 minutes). Water lovers will certainly find something to their liking at the Borgiano reservoir (10 minutes) or Lake Fiastra (40 minutes) where you can immediately admire the famous Lame Rosse .

Beach lovers will also get their money's worth at one of the seaside resorts along the kilometer-long Adriatic coast (30 minutes). For those who like crowds, go to Civitanova Marche. If you prefer a quiet beach, you can drive to Pedaso (45 min.)
Or take a relaxing car trip through the many towns and villages in the area. They each have their own atmosphere and sights.
Be sure to visit the larger cities. Macerata is easily accessible via the SS77 in less than 20 minutes. Fermo and Ascoli Piceno are a little further away but are well worth a visit.

The house and the swimming pool were completely renovated in 2012, with every effort being made to preserve the authentic elements.

La Serenissima consists of 2 connected parts. In the new part you will find the living room with dining and sitting room. In the living room, a pellet stove provides warmth and coziness in the spring and autumn. The dining room continues into a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with, among other things: 2 ovens, dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer compartment. Of course, a Gaggia Espresso machine cannot be missed for lovers of Italian coffee. We also provide a Nespresso machine. In this part of the house there are 3 bedrooms with double beds on the first floor. Guests can also use the bathroom and shower room on this floor.

In the oldest part of the house (built in 1790) we find a sitting area with library and fireplace on the mezzanine floor. This part of the house also has a bathroom with bath and shower. The 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, complete the picture.

Around the house you will stay in a beautiful garden with roses, lavender, fruit and olive trees. There are several seating areas and terraces so you can follow the sun from dawn (or just escape it on hot days...)

You will also find a swimming pool and a pergola on the grounds where you can relax in the evenings.

La Serenissima is an open and airy home. Both from inside and outside you have a beautiful 360° view of the surrounding hills.

Perugia and Ancona airports are less than an hour's drive away.
