Casa Sette Cipressi (2-10 persons) is located at Serra de Conti in Le Marche with a lovely swimming pool of 8x4m and private grounds. It is a fantastic place where you can enjoy panoramic views in peace. Casa Sette Cipressi consists of two different houses; a Casa (larger house for 6 people) and a Cassetta (smaller house for 4 people) for a total of 10 people. Both houses are rented together.

Relax under the portico (veranda) with a glass of white wine from the adjacent vineyards. Relax in the garden with various seating areas or by the pool.

Do you want to go out? Then the cozy seaside resort of Senigallia with a lovely sandy beach is only a 30-minute drive away, or visit the famous Frasassi caves. Casa Sette Cipressi is surrounded by the nine castle villages of Arcevia, all of which are worth a visit.

You can enjoy delicious food in the immediate vicinity. But also the larger cities such as Pesaro and Fano have fantastic restaurants. The medieval village of Serra de' Conti (with large supermarket) is 5 minutes away by car. Ancona Airport (via Düsseldorf Weeze Ryanair) is a 30-minute drive away and Perugia (via Rotterdam Transavia) is 75 minutes away. You can also fly Amsterdam or Eindhoven to Bologna, then it is a 130-minute drive.

In 2024 we took the plunge and bought a holiday home in Le Marche. To be able to enjoy everything this region has to offer as much as possible. 15 years ago we fell in love with Le Marche with its incredibly friendly people, beautiful beaches, cozy small towns on the beach, beautiful views, delicious wines and cozy restaurants. A wonderful place to spend your holiday and make memories with your own family or friends.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When making a reservation, you will receive a rental contract and a request for a deposit of the rental price within 48 hours at the latest. If the rental contract is signed and returned and the deposit is paid on time, the reservation is final. If this is not the case, the reservation will be cancelled.

50% of the total amount will be charged upon reservation. Payment must be made within 8 days after the rental contract has been sent. The payment of the remainder of the total amount must be made no later than 2 months before the start of the rental period.

When booking within 2 months before the start of your stay, the entire amount must be paid at once. In case of late or incomplete payment, the reservation will be canceled. Funds already paid will not be refunded. After receiving the full payment, you will receive additional information by e-mail regarding the property, the directions and the details of the manager on site.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation by the renter, the following rules apply:
20% of the total rent in case of cancellation up to 3 months before the start of the rental period
50% of the total rent in case of cancellation up to 2 months before the start of the rental period
100% of the total rent in case of later cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing, by e-mail. Upon receipt of the written cancellation, we will send you a cancellation confirmation. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance

Spend a nice day in Fano, a beautiful city on the coast. With a lovely square, beautiful shops and nice streets. You can walk to the beach, with lovely beach bars and cozy restaurants. In the evening, stroll through the beautiful streets and dine in one of the many restaurants in the city. A wonderful day out to Fano.

Visit Fano, a beautiful city on the coast

Our house is located in the middle of the vineyards. Of course, these are not ours, but from our house you have a view of several wineries that are more than worth visiting. They are all a maximum of fifteen minutes' drive away. Our region is known for the Verdicchio, but other grape varieties are also planted. We have also tasted delicious red and sparkling wines in multiple price ranges. You will receive a very warm welcome everywhere and at some wineries tasting is even free. In short, very nice to drive around for half a day and enjoy delicious wines. We are happy to share addresses and our own preferences with you.

Our house has a beautiful panoramic view. You can enjoy it for hours and every moment of the day is different. You can see the 'big' city of Arcevia well, but it is much more fun to search for the nine castles of Arcevia (Avacelli, Castiglioni, Caudino, Loretello, Montale, Nidastore, Palazzo, Piticchio and San Pietro) that you can almost all see from our house. But definitely worth a visit. They are among the main attractions: these are walled towns based on a fourteenth-fifteenth century plan, which have retained their typical features to this day. Set aside half a day for this.

A bit of history: The 9 castles of Arcevia in the area

Senigallia was the reason we started looking for a house in Le Marche. We have been coming here for more than 15 years and are in love with the wonderful beach, but especially with the fantastic restaurants where you can eat deliciously. The well-known fritto misto has become one of our favorites and this is where we also got to know the Verdicchio. But Senigallia is much more; A beautiful old town where a weekly market is organized that is definitely worth a visit. Or just go there to eat the best ice cream for miles around. In the evenings, Senigallia shows a different view; The youngsters parade along the boulevard and get ready for a nice evening with lounge music and later a nice club. In short, something for everything.

The caves of Frassasi are a tourist highlight in Le Marche and for that reason alone well worth a visit. From our house it is a 45 minute drive and especially if the day is too hot (or too cold), this is an ideal trip. The entire cave complex covers a total of about 13 kilometers. A full visit to the caves is only possible for official speleologists, but even as a tourist you will get a good impression of the beauty that Grotte di Frasassi has to offer.

You look around in amazement in the cool room. You can't remember seeing such an impressive cave before. As you walk further into the caves, you will be surprised by the stalagmites and stalactites. Are you ready for the adventure, ready to discover the Frasassi Caves (Grotte di Frasassi).

For some Dutch people, visiting the outlet stores is already a reason to travel to Le Marche. This does not apply to us, but a visit to the Tod's store is still worthwhile. The store is located in the middle of the countryside near the industrial area of Casette d'Ete and is more than an hour by car from our house. On the outside, it is a very straightforward and simple building. Inside, it is elegant and well-stocked. You will find shoes, bags, accessories and clothing from Tod's and related brands Fay and Hogan.De prices are lower than in the store and the staff friendly but not intrusive. There is also a bar where you can grab a quick bite to eat or refresh yourself with a drink. Parking space is more than sufficient.

The holiday home Casa Sette Cipressi is located in Italy in the province of Le Marche (North) in the town of Serra de' Conti. A beautiful historic village in the middle of the rolling hills.
– From the house you can walk to the village in 15 minutes to Bar Cin Cin with the most delicious coffee and croissants.
– A Conad supermarket can be found within 5 minutes by car.
