When making a reservation, you will receive a rental contract and a request for a deposit of the rental price within 48 hours at the latest.  If the rental contract is signed and returned and the deposit is paid on time, the reservation is final. If this is not the case, the reservation will be cancelled.

50% of the total amount will be charged upon reservation. Payment must be made within 8 days after the rental contract has been sent. The payment of the remainder of the total amount must be made no later than 2 months before the start of the rental period.

When booking within 2 months before the start of your stay, the entire amount must be paid at once. In case of late or incomplete payment, the reservation will be canceled. Funds already paid will not be refunded. After receiving the full payment, you will receive additional information by e-mail regarding the property, the directions and the details of the manager on site.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation by the renter, the following rules apply:
20% of the total rent in case of cancellation up to 3 months before the start of the rental period
50% of the total rent in case of cancellation up to 2 months before the start of the rental period
100% of the total rent in case of later cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing, by e-mail. Upon receipt of the written cancellation, we will send you a cancellation confirmation. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance
. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
