Casa Sette Cipressi – holiday home for 6 people in Le Marche
Welcome to Casa Sette Cipressi, an attractive and comfortable holiday home for 6 people in beautiful Le Marche. From the house and the garden you have a fantastic panoramic view over the hills and mountains. The area is quiet and green, but at the same time there are plenty of nice villages, restaurants and sights nearby. The sandy beach of Senigallia is about a 30-minute drive away.
On the same property is our Casetta, a second holiday home for 4 people. From 2027 we will always rent Casa Sette Cipressi exclusively to one group: one family or a maximum of two families who know each other. So you never share the site with other guests.
Rent a Casa for 6 people
In the mid season it is possible to rent only the Casa. The Casetta will then remain closed and will not be rented to other guests. You therefore have the entire site and the pool completely private.
In the summer, the Casa and Casetta are always rented together, for a maximum of 10 people.
Do you want to come with a larger group? Then you can rent both houses as Casa Sette Cipressi for 10 people.
The Casa
Through the hall you enter the spacious and bright living room. French doors give access to the beautiful sheltered portico (veranda). There is a large dining table here and as far as we are concerned, this is the place to spend long evenings with an aperitivo, an extensive dinner or just with a glass of wine while the sun slowly disappears behind the hills.
The living room has a spacious sofa with chaise longue, an armchair and a dining table for 6 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, kettle and a Jura coffee machine.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable double box-spring beds and air conditioning.
There are 2 bathrooms, both with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. One bathroom is ensuite. In total there are 3 toilets.

The area
Casa Sette Cipressi is located between the hills of Le Marche, surrounded by the nine castle villages of Arcevia. Each village has its own character and is fun to discover.
The medieval Serra de' Conti, with a large supermarket, is only about a 5-minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity you will find several good restaurants and trattorias.
For a day at the beach, you can drive to Senigallia, with its long sandy beach and pleasant boulevard, in about 30 minutes. The famous Grotte di Frasassi are also easily accessible.
Lovers of beautiful cities can go to Pesaro, Fano, Ancona or Bologna, among others. There is actually enough to discover in the area for several holidays.

Casa Sette Cipressi will always be exclusively for one group from 2027
Mid season: Casa for up to 6 people possible; the Casetta remains closed and the pool and grounds are completely private.
Summer: Casa + Casetta together for up to 10 people.
You never share the site with other holidaymakers.
