Welcome to Casa Sette Cipressi, an attractive holiday home for up to 10 people in beautiful Le Marche. There are two holiday homes on the property: Casa for 6 people and Casetta for 4 people.
From 2027 we will rent Casa Sette Cipressi exclusively to one group: one family or a maximum of two families who know each other. So you always have the entire site, the garden and the pool to yourself.
No other guests, but plenty of space and privacy.
From the houses you have a beautiful panoramic view over the hills and mountains. The area is quiet and green, but there is a lot to discover. Nice medieval villages, good restaurants, wineries and sights are all nearby. The sandy beach of Senigallia can be reached in about 30 minutes.
The Casa
Casa can accommodate 6 people and has a spacious, bright living room with patio doors to the sheltered portico. There is a large dining table here and this is a wonderful place for a long lunch, an aperitivo or a dinner with a view.
In 2027, Casa will get a completely new kitchen. This is equipped with an oven, microwave, electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with comfortable double box-spring beds and air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet and sink, one of which is ensuite.
The Casetta
The Casetta is a cozy second holiday home for 4 people. The house has its own living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Ideal for example for two families, a family or a group of friends who want to go on holiday together, but also like to have their own space.

Casa Sette Cipressi is located between the hills of Le Marche and is surrounded by the nine castle villages of Arcevia. The medieval Serra de' Conti, with a large supermarket, is about a 5-minute drive away.Many good restaurants and trattorias can be found in the area. For a day at the beach, you can drive to Senigallia in about 30 minutes. The famous Grotte di Frasassi are also easily accessible.
In addition, cities such as Urbino, Fano and Pesaro are nice destinations for a day trip.Casa Sette Cipressi is the ideal place for those who want to spend their holidays together, but also value peace, space, privacy and of course the Italian outdoors.
