Your holiday home Pergola is located on the mountain adjacent to the beautiful town of Pergola. Holiday home Pergola is a perfect base for lovers of nature, peace and space, while there are plenty of facilities in the center of Pergola, about a 15-minute walk away.

Having breakfast outside in the morning at the large table with a cup of coffee, fresh bread from the center and a simply breathtaking view of Pergola and the surrounding area is something we still think about regularly to this day.

Just over an hour's drive away you will find some coastal towns such as Senigalia and Fano. Both beautiful cities with lots to do and see. All in all, holiday home Pergola is located on a beautiful spot of one hectare of clay with 100% privacy. The ideal place for the naturist. Here you can completely relax!

The house has a cozy living room with a fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and large refrigerator. There is also an oven and a Nespresso machine. And there is a washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom.

Large terrace with beautiful views at the front of the house and a large private terrace with beautiful views of the hill near the house. Here is also the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and refrigerator.

In the summer of 2008 I was introduced to the Marches for the first time. And after a few months I fell in love with my environment. The views that change because of the crops that grow there, vistas, the mountains of the Apennines, the old settlement towns that show a lot of history. Beautiful. And all that a good ½ hour drive from the sea!
After spending months in this beautiful region I decided to invest in a house.

Explanation of prices

Reserve your desired date below. Please feel free to contact us! In the early and late season there are options to discuss the price depending on the duration of the stay.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
