With no less than 68 m² of stylishly furnished living space, this is a place where comfort, tranquility and authentic Italian outdoor life come together perfectly. Monte Pino consists of 4 apartments, each with its own private terrace and a communal swimming pool.

Located among the rolling hills of Pergola in Le Marche, Aurelio offers a unique combination of luxury, nature and complete relaxation.

The apartment has been furnished with a lot of love and attention to detail. Authentic elements such as wooden beams and natural materials provide a warm, atmospheric atmosphere, while modern amenities ensure a carefree stay. The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for an extra guest. Together with the comfortable bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this makes Aurelio perfect for guests who really want to enjoy Italian life.

Outside, a private terrace with BBQ awaits you where you can have breakfast in peace with a view over the green hills or enjoy a good glass of wine at sunset in the evening. In addition, Monte Pino offers a beautiful 12 x 4 meter swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on hot summer days.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Monte Pino:

By making a booking, the renter confirms that he or she understands and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Reservation & Payment

A reservation is final as soon as the confirmation has been received and the deposit has been paid.

The deposit is 50% of the total rental price and must be paid immediately after booking.

The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings within 30 days of arrival we ask for full payment immediately. Payments are made via payment methods offered by Monte Pino.

Cancellation & Changes

By tenant:

In case of cancellation, the tenant pays a fee to Monte Pino:

Cancellations more than 3 months before the effective date: full refund.
Cancellations within 3 to two months before the start date: 30% of the agreed price.
Cancellations within two to one month before the commencement date: 50% of the agreed price.
For cancellations within one month before the start date: 90% of the agreed price.

By Monte Pino:

If Monte Pino has to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the full rental amount will be refunded. We will do our best to offer an alternative, but are not responsible for any further compensation.
