In the morning you have some sun on your terrace that turns away when it gets too hot. The huge fig tree by the outdoor dining area makes this the coolest place you can find when it's really unbearable on many terraces around here. Just think about it :)
Our house is completely free. The huge terrace of the holiday home is located at the rear. You will find your parking space on the left.
Fully equipped kitchen. The worktop comes from the Netherlands at Rob Henckens Terrazzo and Concrete. The best there is! Note the sink.

There is a powerful but very quiet air conditioning in the master bedroom. For enthusiasts also large ceiling fan. An air conditioner in the kitchen/living room is not necessary. There the Sun is only in the morning.

The swimming pool is adjacent to your Veranda. This pool is Private for the Guests of the apartment.
The parasols have now been replaced by a large awning above the entire terrace. This way everyone has nice shade.
We can't get enough of this view. We give it to you wholeheartedly. Enjoy it!

The beautiful town of Mogliano (MC) is within walking distance (2 km). The sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche, and the Monti Sibillini National Park with Sarnano, can be reached in 25 minutes by car. The best part, of course, with our Fiat 500 classic car.

This is a stock photo of our new Jacuzzi/Hot Tub for six people. It is next to the swimming pool and is shielded. He looks out on the infinite view. We turn it into a nice place where you can also enjoy a drink.
In 2019 we have completely shielded the terrace and the outdoor shower and Jaccuzzi for even more privacy. The Antrecite screen can also be extended completely so that the passage opening is also closed. The Screen can also be rolled in completely for those who want it. That anytime.
