Casa Cipresse is a luxurious authentic detached house (rustico) beautifully situated in the landscape of Le Marche between the Adriatic coast and the Apennines/Monti Sibillini. Casa Cipresse is located in the southern part of Le Marche, between the hills just outside the historic village of Montottone. A lovely old farmhouse that is fully equipped and where you have a lot of privacy.
The house
Casa Cipresse is an old farmhouse that dates from around 1900 and was built at the end of
90s thoroughly restored. The house covers 120 m2 and is fully equipped.
On the ground floor you will find a large new modern kitchen, a bathroom with
shower, toilet, sink and washing machine and a spacious bedroom (2-pers) with a view of the garden and hills.
On the 1st floor is the cozy living room with fireplace and patio doors to the outside staircase. Here you will find another double bedroom with box springs. In addition to the bedroom, there is also a second bathroom with bath, bidet, second toilet and sink.
In the living room there is a stereo, TV and DVD player and there is chromecast to stream your movies. Of course there is WIFI.
The garden
In the large garden of 3200 m2 there are many trees such as walnut, olive, apple, plum but also beautiful oleanders and of course the huge (more than 100 years old) cypress.
In the garden there is a gazebo (pergola) under which you can sit in the shade. There is a veranda attached to the house. A so-called 'portico' (canopy) was built on top of this in the spring of 2024. Here you can sit comfortably and have a beautiful view of the garden and the hills from the lounge set.
Next to the house is a large barn and a separate garage.
The house is located at the end of a dead end path so you are not bothered by through traffic.
The Area
The property is located 1 km away from the beautiful historic village of Montottone. In the village there are numerous amenities such as a small supermarket, restaurant (la Brocca), post office, bakery, butcher and local bar/pizzaria (Bar-Pizzaria Rosita). But the local potter Bozzi is also worth a visit!
Le Marche has a long coastline and the beautiful beaches are easy to reach from Casa Cipresse. Within 25 minutes you are already on the nice family beach in Pedaso or on one of the larger beaches such as Porto San Giorgio or Grottamare. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the tranquility. The central location ensures that you have a good base for trips not only to the coast, but also to the mountains (Monti Sibillini) and the beautiful classic cities such as Fermo, Ascoli Piceno and Macerata. Smaller historic villages such as Grottazzlina, Petritoli, Torre di Palme, Cupramarittima and Grottamare are nice to see. Or if possible, go to one of the many village festivals. In short, there is a lot to see and experience in this beautiful region. You are very welcome at Casa Cipresse!
