In 2004 we bought our first house in Bocca di Lupo Loretello (Marche / Italy). It was about 60 years been uninhabited and with much patience and great builders, we have a lovely holiday made - completely free, with breathtaking views over the valley and around Loretello with a private pool on the upper terrace (see photo). This house we rent in case we do not use them. In 2007 we found 11 km away from the house Corinaldo Casa Doro, although that was a beautiful place with olive trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden, but looked like a ruin. With fond memories of our first project in memory we started this home in-house completely renovated. Again with great vakmensen.En after almost a year was to build a beautiful house with pool in our olive grove. The entire process of tracing the owner, applying for permits to recycle the old materials - all phases of construction were a real adventure for us.

Initially we wanted to sell Casa Doro, each stone but if you've had in your hands you become attached to a house. We decided to keep it and rent to cover the costs. And it always a bit prettier. It had to be an oasis of calm, comfortable, modern amenities and centrally located between all the good that Italy has to offer.
