Our holiday home with private pool, in the charming village of Campodiegoli, has a south-facing garden and an adjoining orchard and playground. On the side, the former vegetable garden is an extra play area. At the back there is direct access to the spacious outdoor terrace.
Campodiegoli is a hamlet of Fabriano, on the border of the Marches with Umbria and the ideal place for those looking for peace and quiet. There are no shops in the village itself. However, a baker will bring bread to the central square in the morning and we can provide you with a fruit and vegetable package from a local grower, highly recommended! Inside, the classrooms are divided into two floors. A floor plan has been added with the photos with the layout of the bedrooms.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The large table invites you to dine together, chat or play games.
In the living room there is TV, which is connected to a satellite dish and internet. There is a DVD player and a radio/record player. There are books and tourist information and also games for enthusiasts. We only rent it out in July/August as a whole to families or a group of maximum 7 people. There is air conditioning in the two sitting rooms and the three bedrooms.
There is garden furniture on the terrace and in the garden. For an overview, it is best to look at the photos. There is a BBQ. We opted for a forged barbecue that can also work on wood. Wood is available. There is also a small BBQ for the sitting area under the trees next to the pool. There is a ping-pong table in the garage and also a handcart, some bicycles, a sandbox for smaller children and also outdoor sports equipment, which is free to use.
Within walking distance is Ristoro Appenino, hotel/restaurant with wellness and outdoor pool. You can taste the delicacies of the regional cuisine. Ristoro Appenino only works with local products.
