Borgo il dolce far niente is located in the middle of authentic Le Marche, in an enchanting location. A small-scale hamlet with a panoramic swimming pool and three attractively furnished accommodations where you immediately feel at home. Each accommodation has a beautiful private terrace where you can relax. The casual atmosphere, hospitality and personal attention guarantee a wonderfully relaxed stay.
Casa “sotto la” Quercia or house under the oak. This 4-person house (54m²) is located on the higher part of the site and has a spacious panoramic roof terrace.
The two bedrooms and bathroom with toilet are located on the ground floor, which you reach via a stone staircase. In the comfortably furnished master bedroom you can enjoy a good night's sleep in the king-size box spring bed of 180cm x 210cm. French doors take you to the courtyard of the borgo. The second bedroom has two single beds and also opens onto the courtyard. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet with bidet, sink with mirror, hairdryer and plenty of space to store your toiletries.
On the top floor, where you enter the house, you will find a cozy kitchen and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine, so you can enjoy a delicious Italian coffee. The adjacent outdoor terrace offers a lot of privacy and is a very nice place to relax while enjoying a snack and drink and enjoying a spectacular view of the mountainous surroundings.
