Borgo il dolce far niente is located in the middle of authentic Le Marche, in an enchanting location. A small-scale hamlet with a panoramic swimming pool and three extremely attractively furnished accommodations where you immediately feel at home. Each accommodation has a beautiful private terrace where you can relax. The casual atmosphere, hospitality and personal attention guarantee a wonderfully relaxed stay.
Casa “nel vecchio” Fienile – or house in the old barn. This house (65m²) is a former barn that has been converted into a 4/5 person guesthouse. It is located on the edge of the site with the private entrance in the courtyard of the borgo.
The house is spread over two floors and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the master bedroom you will sleep wonderfully in the king-size box spring bed of 180cm x 210cm. Through the balcony door in this room you reach the courtyard and the private terrace with panoramic views via a stone staircase. The second bedroom is furnished for one person with a box-spring bed and a spacious closet. If desired, a second bed can be added in this bedroom. The third bedroom also has a box-spring bed and plenty of closet space. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, toilet, sink with mirror, hairdryer and plenty of space to store toiletries.
On the ground floor you enter a cozy kitchen and sitting area around a centrally placed wooden staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine, so you can enjoy a delicious Italian coffee. The living room has a wood-burning stove for pleasant warmth during colder days. You will also find a second bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, sink, mirror and second toilet. There is central heating in both bathrooms.
