Luxury Villa in Montebello Vineyard

Detached typical Italian Villa, architecturally built for 4 to 8 people. Here you can enjoy the Villa with a large private garden and panoramic views over the vineyards. Your host and winegrower Matteo Piccinini has his vineyards here and he provides you with 3 types of free wine. We have furnished our villa Metropolitan Chique while retaining the characteristic elements. During the season you can go to the public swimming pool, where it is a wonderful event every day. The spaceYou enter the villa through the kitchen, next to the kitchen you will find the utility room with fridge and washing machine. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, 1 with patio doors to the tower terrace. Via the stairs you enter the living room, attached to the living room is the tower room with counterbar table (also a great breakfast area) and a view over the vineyards and the village on 3 sides. You will also find bedroom 3 and 4 together with the second bathroom. Guest accessOur villa has always been inhabited by doctors from Milan who had their country residence in the hills of the Oltropo Pavese to come and enjoy the view and unwind. It is not for nothing that this area is called "the Tuscany" of the north. Our villa is located 1098 km from Utrecht and 45 km below Milan where several airlines fly daily. Within a radius of 1 hour drive there are several old Italian cities but also the Riviera of Flowers and ski resorts. Around Mornico there are beautiful walking and cycling routes that string together the Italian villages and castles of the Oltropo Pavese. Our favorite place in the house is definitely the tower room with the bar table where you look out over the surroundings in 3 directions through large opening windows. You enter the villa in our new modern kitchen after which you can reach the bathroom and two bedrooms through the hall and the stairs upstairs. When you arrive at the top, you will come face to face with the princess or Sheba. She rules over our living room and tower room. The other bathroom and two bedrooms, one with bunk beds, are also located on this floor. In the garden there is a spacious table of 3 meters as well as a number of sunbeds and a small seat under the pergola of the tower room. The swimming pool located in a fantastic spot in the garden with an exceptional view of the valley
