Welcome to 'in our House Italy'
This year we will open our doors for the first time, (May 2024) and do our utmost to give you a very nice holiday time. Because of its location in a real Italian village, we are closely involved with the residents of Mornico Losana, and grant them everything to maintain their village. Shops, a bar and restaurant, a swimming pool and wineries, these facilities of the village are automatically also the facilities of our campsite and our villas. Our 6 pers glamping tent has a small swimming pool that is next to the tent and is inclusive for you as a guest and is completely private!

In a few minutes, all these cozy elements can be reached from your villa or luxury tent. As a result, you will be part of this sweet and open little Italian community for a while during your stay.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings, be surprised by the wines with everything around them. A fantastic advantage is that with an 8-minute drive you are also completely in the hustle and bustle, where there are large supermarkets and restaurants. In addition, the campsite is strategically located, you can be in the heart of Milan or on the Mediterranean Sea in an hour. We are Jacco and Iwan
We not only fell in love with this architecturally built villa from 1938, but also with the enchanting panoramic view between the vineyards where we see the Pinot Nero grapes ripening.
We experience this romantic place like a dream where we look out over the hills of Lombardy to the mountains of Genoa. Where Napoleon passed through with his horses.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Example 2:

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent
for cancellation up to 4 weeks 40%
and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

The wine region in the hills 50 km below Milan and 20 km from the historic old town of Pavia. Unprecedented beauty 1100 km from Amsterdam. Very easy to reach both by car and by plane. The area is more than a wine region, due to its location in the heart of Northern Italy, most attractions such as old towns, ski areas and the flowery Rivera on the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within an hour via the major highways. After two years of exporting good wine to the Netherlands, we took a second step to buy a house in the area. After some research we literally came across 'our home, Italy'. Due to the fantastic view of the Alpine belt, close to an authentic Italian village with a true castle "Mornico Losana." A seven-minute drive from major shops and restaurants where you have to make a serious effort to eat and drink expensively. You can enjoy unprecedented tranquility in the middle of the vineyards. Our villa "Monte Rosa" is fully equipped. A top place for peace, space and pure Italy without mass tourism, delicious wines and great gastronomy. In short, nothing stands in your way anymore to taste and experience the real Italy.
