In the medieval Borgo of Vallebona, you will find our spacious, stylish and in 2023 completely renovated apartment of 70+ m2. The apartment combines traditional Ligurian architecture with modern design. The spacious living room with open kitchen, the master bedroom and the luxurious bathroom will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Have a coffee or an aperitivo on the balcony, with views of the old church, the hills surrounding Bordighera and even a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea.

The village of Vallebona is just as romantic and atmospheric as the apartment because of the arches, the silence and the old thick walls. From the former family home, we have turned it into a spacious and comfortable apartment for two people with a living room with doors to the balcony, an open kitchen, a large but cozy double bedroom and a spacious bathroom in marble. What makes this apartment unique are the carefully selected furniture, art and accessories from all the places where we used to live or still live: Amsterdam, Brussels and Budapest. At the same time, during the renovation , we kept an eye on ease of use, what you need on holiday or weekend away. There is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea, bed and bath linen for all seasons, for the summer there is a built-in air conditioning, for the winter a heating system.
The apartment has a balcony overlooking a small square, the church, the green hills and even a glimpse of the blue sea.

The extra room with bolier etcetera is for the private use of the owner. Of course, you can place your luggage in this room.

The Vallebona location is a good place for a weekend or a long(er) stay. You can reach the beach in 10 minutes by car or by bus. There is a local bus to Bordighera from Vallebona and back. By bike, it's pretty much the same, a 15-minute ride. Take into account the climb to the top.
When you leave the Borgo at the back, you will find yourself in the green hills where you can enjoy a short or long walk.
Sanremo is 30 minutes away and is worth a day trip. Same for Nice. It is 40 minutes by car.
But staying in Vallebona for dinner and relaxing evenings is also a good choice. There are five restaurants in the village. There is a shop for basic necessities, a pharmacy and a post office. The Borgo of Vallebona is not accessible by car. The apartment is a three-minute walk from the parking lot at the entrance to the village. It is an easy and small climb on foot. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible via an easy natural stone staircase.
