Casa Bianca Apricale is officially the first house within the municipality of Apricale, but from the beautiful house it is only a 5-minute walk to Isolabona and a 30-minute walk to Apricale. This is a picturesque little village included in the list of the 'most beautiful villages in Italy'. Many people come here in the summer to spend their holidays. Out of season it is an oasis of peace and an ideal place to relax. You can drive to Ventimiglia beach within 20 minutes. Nice 53 km, Monaco 40 km and San Remo 26 km can be reached within 1 hour by car.

Isolabona is a fairytale example of a typical Ligurian castle village and has 715 inhabitants. Walking past the towering houses and under the stone arches, it is as if time has stood still. Yet Isolabona is alive and well. In the village you will find a butcher, a small supermarket, a coffee bar and of course a pizzeria. It is a village where people live. The sounds and smells that drift out from the open windows testify to this. Life takes place visibly outside and in the cafes. Children play, cards are played at the tables, they eat and drink. And there is passionate discussion at the bar. Italy at its best!

The House
Casa Bianca is a beautiful and fully equipped detached house at an altitude of 125 meters. The house has 2 floors. On the top floor you will find the 3 bedrooms and the first bathroom with toilet. You have access to 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. All bedrooms have a fan and a balcony, 1 bedroom has an extra sofa bed. We ensure that the beds are made. So you don't have to bring any linen .
Next to the pool is the second bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
The spacious kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, an oven and a dishwasher. From the kitchen you enter a spacious and attractive living room. From the living room you have direct access to a large covered veranda with lounge area.

Large garden with swimming pool
The spacious garden (3000m2) has a saltwater swimming pool of 12 x 3 x 1.50 and 4 large terraces with chairs, sun beds and a table tennis table. From the garden, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, you have a view of the beautiful wooded mountains and you can hear the babbling water of the river at the bottom of the house.
