Beautiful, 130m² stone house with a 3.000 m2 olive ground located on the crest of a hill, 3 km after the village of Dolceacqua, facing south with a 360° view on the sea, mountains and valleys. Furnished in a modern and refined way, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 big living room with kitchen and a laundry room. Underfloor heating, integrated with air conditioning and closed fireplace. Large outdoor pergola with sofas and tables and a wonderful 8x4 infinity pool. Large internal parking with automatic gate. From mid of October until end of November we harvest the olives on the whole grove (150 trees in total) and we do our own olive oil ''juice'. Should you be present during this period, you will be able to help us (extra discount or olive oil to compensate your effort!)

Hi, my name is Richard and I grow up in this valley while I went at school in France. Mother is german, father italian, I'm finally a 'mix' . In 2009 I decided to buy an abandoned land with the idea to start recovering an old 'Taggiasca' olive grove. Once I did it and started after 3 years to produce olive oil. Then came the idea to build a house.... a old & modern house. My wife Ludmila has been in charge of the design and I build it in around 7 years.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

30% amount has to be paid for the reservation.
the whole amount has to be paid in advance 60 days before arrival.
between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% reimbursement of the rental price
between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 25% reimbursement of the rental price
during the last 15 days: 0% reimbursement
(if the house will be rented after a cancellation, we will reimburse 90% of the whole rental amount)
Due to the fact that this house is our 'private house' we are obliged to ask for an 'insurance deposit'.
