Monte Fontane

A very cozy house in the hills of the hinterland of Ventimiglia, at  400m. altitude. The property is fully fenced. There is an olive grove with about 100 olive trees. 3 covered terraces with wrought iron roof, 1 covered  terrace by the pool with benches and a low table, 1 large terrace downstairs with dining table for 2-10 people. The outdoor kitchen has a (wood) BBQ and a (wood) pizza. The way up (5km.) takes some getting used to, sometimes narrow, (3km). The house is most suitable for peace seekers who do not go on holiday without their dogs, parents + grandparents with young children who do not go out yet and do not seek the hustle and bustle of the coast in the evening. 
A big advantage here is the peace and quiet. (The music can be as loud as you want). The beaches here are much less crowded than the beaches on the Côte d'Azur, (slightly less warm due to the proximity of the sea (3km.) and lower prices in the supermarkets and restaurants (30% cheaper than in France). The charm of the countryside and yet the coast at 6 km. distance. There are many nice villages and towns in the area to visit, both on the coast and in the hinterland: San Remo, Bordighera, Dolceacqua, Pigna, Apricale and in France: Menton, Monaco, Eze, Villefranche, Beaulieu, Nice etc.
Fantastic markets. In XXMIGLIA every Friday a huge market and a large covered market in Ventimiglia!
The property is fully fenced, so ideal for dog owners. Your dog(s) can't run away. In Bordighera there is a dog beach with shower, drinking water and shade where your dog can play with other dogs. There are many different beaches and only approx. 14 km. from the French border.
The house itself: A large kitchen with American refrigerator with ice cubes, dishwasher, washing machine, senseo+ nespresso, mixer Kitchenaid, kitchen robot Magimix. Large stove 5 burners, large oven + microwave. 
The large terraces around the house offer plenty of shade and stunning views.
 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor. All floors are tiled, large fireplace, private SWIMMING POOL with 6 sunbeds.
