In 2020 our detached holiday home was completed in Plodio, Liguria. A very spacious modern house with unobstructed views and 4 bedrooms, a loft, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and spacious living room with kitchen (including dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and oven) and cooking island annex bar. The terrace and spacious garden with swimming pool (including shower and BBQ, garden approx. 500m2) make it complete. 

From the quiet village of Plodio, the beach, various wine regions (including Barolo) and cities (Genoa and Turin) are easy to reach, making it an ideal location for a varied holiday. The village of Plodio is located next to the lively and characteristic town of Carcare. In Carcare you can go for daily espresso and all kinds of groceries. On Wednesdays there is the weekly Italian market with regional products.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Thank you for your booking request - please find attached the prices for your stay.

We would like to ask you to pay 10% of the sum upon confirmation - you can cancel free of charge up to two months before arrival, after which we charge a 25% cancellation fee. Up to two weeks before arrival, a cancellation is 50% of the rental sum. The key is available no later than 5:00 PM and check out is at 9:30 AM.

Additional information

The beaches of Bergeggi, Noli and Albissola can be easily reached in around 30 minutes. This also applies to the wine regions of Piedmont - places such as Barolo and Monforte d'Alba appeal to the imagination. Finally, cities such as Turin, Genoa and Savona can easily be visited for a day as they are all within 1 hour distance. Finally, the ski resorts of Artesina and Prato Nevoso can also be reached in one hour.
