Lil Apricale Retreat!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the mountains of Italy! Benji here - it has been quite some time since my last listing. I want to share my new place in Italy with YOU! A quaint little space with living room, cute functional kitchen, full size bed in main room, dining/office room, and separate bedroom - all with good size (for europe) bathroom for your enjoyment while exploring the Italian hills.

All of the space is on 1 level with some stairs in between some rooms as you enter/exit the room. BE AWARE IF YOU ARE TALLER THAN 5FT 7IN / 173CM your head may hit the ceiling as you transition to certain rooms. The ceilings are low in certain areas!!!!!!Be aware you should arrive in the DAY time!!! It is very difficult to find the front door in the maze of Apricale so I recommend leaving bags in the car and finding the door first. Apricale is a mediaeval village and you need to walk up quite a lot of steps to get to the door! Cell phones will not work well if you are walking around due to all the rock and stone.

There is a lockbox on the door for entry. Details will be provided.
Parking and getting to the door can be a challenge so I will provide detailed navigation from various parking areas. Apricale is a bit of a vertical and horizontal maze so I suggest to pack as lightweight as possible!!

I am very fortunate to share my remote working/vacation space with you! I have invested in high quality/high speed internet connectivity that is stable and reliable for remote workers. I am not a multi-unit corporate (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) hustler - this is my special singular second home and I just ask it be treated as your own! Please call or text if you want to talk/chat/ask any questions. (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) has become a bit of a weird wasteland but I still believe it has a good essence and strive to maintain it.

NOTE the heating can take awhile to get the place warm and I will do my best to have it on before you arrive.
NOTE if you use the electric heaters be mindful of them as they are HOT! Please do not waste electricity!
NOTE you can use the fireplace but only if you are experienced and confident and clean and large messes up after you use it. Wood can be purchased from Ventimiglia area at Bricio.
