House with private pool 13 KM from the sea.
Casa Bianca Apricale is located a 5-minute walk from the medieval picturesque Isolabona in the municipality of Apricale. In 30 minutes you can walk to the slightly higher Apricale. This is a picturesque small village included in the list of the 'most beautiful villages in Italy'. just one of the attractive hilltop villages in Italy. In the town of Isolabona where the villa is located, you can do your daily shopping. You will find a small supermarket, a butcher's shop, a coffee bar with delicious coffee and wine and of course a pizzaria.
Location
The strength of the house is its location: within walking distance of amenities and at the rear full space, peace and privacy.
From the villa you have direct access to various beautiful walking and cycling routes. Within 20 minutes you can drive to the beach of Ventimiglia.
Places like Nice, Monaco and San Remo can be reached within an hour by car.
The house
Casa Bianca is a beautiful and fully equipped detached house at an altitude of 125 meters and 13 km from the beach and sea. The comfortable house can accommodate up to 6 people and has 2 floors. On the top floor you will find the 3 bedrooms and the first bathroom with toilet. You have access to 2 large bedrooms and 1 a smaller bedroom. The 2 large bedrooms have air conditioning and the smaller bedroom has a fan. 1 bedroom has an extra sofa bed. We make sure the beds are made. So you do not need to bring bed linen (but you do need to bring bath towels).
Next to the pool is the second bathroom with toilet and washing machine. There is an outdoor shower at the pool!
The spacious kitchen has a fridge freezer, an oven and a dishwasher. From the kitchen you walk into a spacious and attractive living room. From the living room you have direct access to a large covered veranda with lounge area.
Large garden with swimming pool
The spacious garden (3000m2) has a saltwater swimming pool of 12 x 3 x 1.50 (and 4 large terraces with chairs, 6 sun beds and a table tennis table. The pool is heated from mid-April to the end of October! Solar panels with battery, therefore virtually self-sufficient for electricity
From the garden surrounded by olive and fruit trees you have a view of the beautiful wooded mountains and you can hear the rippling water of the river at the bottom of the house.
