An hour north of Rome in the middle of the Sabina, an authentic part of Italy, lies the holiday home Casa Bellance. This spacious house has everything for a wonderful holiday! Relax by the pool, have a drink on the veranda or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the restaurants in the area
The view is beautiful and the sunset enchanting! In this region of Italy, time has stood still, especially in the old villages where you can drink a cappuccino on the terrace in the morning and get a fresh sandwich from the bakery, it is hardly conceivable that Rome is only an hour away.
Interior: CasaBellance has a spacious living – dining room on the ground floor. It is nicely furnished with a sofa, relaxing armchairs, television and a dining table that can accommodate 10 people. There is also a large fireplace, where you can relax in the spring and autumn! From the living room you come to the kitchen, which is very spacious with a table for breakfast, a 5 burner gas stove, spacious oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Jura coffee machine and equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
On the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms (both with a double bed) and both bedrooms have their own spacious bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom with double bed has a private bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) and is adjacent to a very spacious covered balcony, the ideal place to retreat!
The other two bedrooms both have two single beds and share a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 8-10 people. (For 8 people there is 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor not accessible).
