The holiday home Casa Bellance is located an hour north of Rome in the middle of the Sabina, an authentic part of Italy. This spacious house has everything for a wonderful holiday! Relax by the pool, have a drink on the veranda or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the restaurants in the area.
The view is beautiful and the sunset enchanting! Time has stood still in this region of Italy, especially in the old villages where you can drink a cappuccino on the terrace in the morning and get a fresh roll from the bakery, it is hardly conceivable that Rome is only an hour away.
Interior: C asa Bellance has a spacious living-dining room on the ground floor. It is comfortably furnished with a sofa, relaxing armchairs, television and a dining table that seats 10 people. There is also a large fireplace, where you can relax in the spring and autumn! From the living room you enter the kitchen , which is very spacious with a table for breakfast, a 5-burner gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Jura coffee machine and equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
On the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms (both with a double bed) and both bedrooms have their own spacious bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom with double bed has a private bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) and is adjacent to a very spacious covered balcony, the ideal place to retreat!
The other two bedrooms both have two single beds and share a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and bidet. The house has 5 bedrooms and is suitable for 8-10 people. (For 8 people, 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor are not accessible).
