The fenced property has an outdoor kitchen with an original pizza oven®, a large BBQ and a lounge area under a pergola for good food and relaxation.
The covered outdoor terrace on the first floor (50m2) has a lounge set and a long dining table with 10 chairs for long balmy evenings and panoramic views of the Tiber and Mount Soratte.
The villa is modern and attractively furnished with lots of light and all the comfort you would expect from a luxury holiday home in Italy. With 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, this property is ideal for families. There are 2 bathrooms with rain showers and a fully equipped kitchen.
