Cozy apartment for nature lovers in the quaint mountain village of Livo on Lake Como.
Our apartment Casa Alba is located on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old rustico, on the edge of a chestnut grove, at the upper end of the village of Livo, above Gravedona ed Uniti, on the north-western shore of Lake Como. Casa Alba is the perfect holiday accommodation for nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, hiking enthusiasts and all those who want a break in the natural surroundings of the mountains of Lake Como.

The accommodation is ideal for 2-3 people, and consists of: a double bedroom with a bunk bed (160 x 190 cm), a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a bathroom (shower & toilet), an open living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with a fantastic view. From the road, a path of about 30 m leads steeply up to the house, where vehicles with normal to high chassis can easily park.

The apartment is heated in the cold seasons at your own expense by a powerful pellet stove (The price for a bag of pellets à 15 kg is currently about 6.90 euros; as of November 2024).

Bed linen is included in the rental price, a towel set can be booked for 15 euros per person and stay (payment in cash on site).

Livo is a quaint mountain village steeped in history and typical of the region. A perfect place for recreation close to nature. Due to the special location, there are many opportunities for various leisure activities. In the centre of the village is the trattoria-pizzeria Sant'Anna, which is known beyond the borders of the region. For the daily needs of breakfast rolls, cheese and sausage, there is a small alimentari in Livo. Livo is about a 15-minute drive from the shores of Lake Como.
