Small, cozy apartment for nature lovers in the mountain village of Livo on Lake Como. Casa Alba is located on the second floor of an over 300-year-old rustico, on the outskirts of the village, directly on the chestnut grove above Gravedona ed Uniti. Perfect for those who are looking for peace and quiet, love hiking and want to take a few days of deep breath in the quiet mountains of Lake Como.
Ideal for 2-3 people: a double bedroom with bunk bed (160 × 190 cm), a bedroom with single bed (90 × 200 cm), a bathroom with shower and toilet and an open living area with a well-equipped kitchen. In addition, a balcony with a beautiful view. From the road, a steep path about 30 m long leads up to the house; at the top you can park well with vehicles with normal to higher ground clearance.
The apartment is heated in the cold season at your own expense with a powerful pellet stove. The price for a 15 kg bag of pellets is currently around 7 euros (as of January 2026). Livo is a quaint, semi-abandoned and steeped in history, typical Lombard mountain village – a wonderful place for relaxation close to nature. Thanks to the location, there are many opportunities for activities in the area. In the centre of the village is the trattoria-pizzeria Sant'Anna, which is known beyond the region. Please note that there are no shops or bakeries in Livo. The shores of Lake Como can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
