Ulivo 18 Lake view apartment

A lovely holiday apartment, almost directly on Lake Como, equipped with many comforts and wonderful to use as a residence or departure point to further explore the beautiful surroundings.
We love to cycle, to Porlezza is 16 kilometers and you can cycle on an old steam train line which is very doable.
Also lovely walks along the lake or into the mountains.
You can park your car for free at the apartment, in August it is busy and I recommend renting an additional space in the parking garage for 10 euros per night.

The apartment has a sofa, beach chairs, an oven, Nespesso coffee machine, fridge with separate freezer, toaster, washing machine, kettle, fan, TV with Netflix and youtube / internet, in short, all the comforts to relax and enjoy your holiday.

You can bring your own bicycles or rent them on site.

The rental reception can assist you additionally, on the spot, if there are problems or additional questions.
On arrival your keys will be ready at the reception from 3 pm to 7 pm.
If you arrive later than 7 pm, you can use the key safe, all this in consultation.

The bus stop, water tap, boat rental, beautiful walking and cycling routes and shops for daily shopping are all only about 50 meters from the apartment.

In Acquaseria itself there are 2 very good Italian restaurants, one with a terrace on the lake, 2 coffee bars (breakfast, cold/warm lunch, Italian ice cream, high tea, table football), a hairdresser, a wine shop, a podiatrist and a water tap as an extra service of the municipality.
The people are friendly and very hospitable.
The climate is mild with many hours of sunshine. This is noticeable by the palm trees and the colorful floral displays.
The lake itself is beautiful and wonderfully refreshing on a hot day.

The apartment is 30 km from Como as the crow flies and 32 km by car from Lugano.

Bergamo International Airport is 79 km away. You can also fly to Malpensa, which is 90 km by car. There is an excellent bus connection with the stop 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
4 kilometers away is the quaint town of Menaggio with amenities such as a supermarket, swimming pool, mini golf, ferry to the scenic towns of Bellagio and Varenna. You can take a beautiful walk from Acquaseria to Menaggio along the lake. This is called the 'Greenway'.

In short, bring a bicycle, boat, hiking shoes, running shoes or motorcycle and you will have an unforgettable holiday.
