Ground floor with living room, kitchen, shower and toilet, first floor with two bedrooms for 4 persons, the upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower, sink, hair dryer, toilet and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player and satellite receiver. New kitchen. This apartment is one of the most beautiful apartments in the complex and the size of the terrace can only be found in a few apartments!

Ground floor: kitchen, bathroom including shower, sink, hair dryer and separate toilet. Living room with sofa bed and balcony. First floor has bathroom with toilet, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with two single beds. Wifi is included in the apartment. Ceiling fan on the ground floor and now with air conditioning in both bedrooms on the 1st floor for cooling off the hottest days. There is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen.

My wife and I “stay” in our apartment for a few weeks every year. We enjoy the beautiful view, lovely balcony, ditto environment, the beautiful weather, delicious food, etc. etc .. We invest every year to make our apartment even more beautiful and complete New kitchen with dishwasher, interior update, awning, and now a double bed with box spring mattress. In the area there are many nice places and villages with authentic restaurants. It is a very suitable environment for swimming, hiking, cycling, boat trips, day trips and to visit gardens. In this area you will find larger cities like Como, Lugana, Bellagio and Milan

There is a bus stop directly at the complex. From many places you can catch ferries the lake (Menaggio as closest) to all the places around the lake including Como and Bellagio. The ferries come in many forms, from cars to ferry hydrofoil.
