Less than 1000 km from Utrecht is this lovely bright apartment a two-minute walk from the lake with beach.
The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, clothes rack and fan. Bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and illy coffee maker. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, dining table with bench and chairs, a chest of drawers, television with chromecast. And a ceiling fan. The wide patio doors give access to a spacious balcony with table and chairs, drying rack and there are 2 beach chairs. Of course, good wifi is available.
At 50 meters you will find a bus stop, shops for daily groceries, boat rental, restaurants and bars and a water tap. Places such as Como (30 km), Lugano (38 km), Menaggio (3 km) and the international airports Bergamo and Malpensa at about 100 km. From Menaggio the ferry departs to the beautiful towns such as Bellagio and Varenna.
Parking around the apartment complex is free.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
