Less than 1000 km from Utrecht, this lovely bright apartment is a two-minute walk from the lake with a beach.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, clothes rack and fan. Bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and illy coffee machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, dining table with bench and chairs, a chest of drawers, television with chromecast. And a ceiling fan. The wide patio doors give access to a spacious balcony with table and chairs, a drying rack and 2 beach chairs. Of course good WiFi is available.
At 50 meters you will find a bus stop, shops for groceries, boat rental, restaurants and bars and a water tap. Places such as como (30 km) Lugano (38 km) menaggio (3 km) and the international airports Bergamo and Malpensa at approx. 100 km. The ferry leaves from Menaggio to the beautiful towns such as Bellagio and Varenna.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
