Porto Letizia P11

PORLEZZA on Lake Lugano, is a picturesque village with a (pedestrian) boulevard that continues to the grounds of the holiday resort Residenza Porto Letizia. Our apartment is located right in the middle of the Palazzo, the main building of the resort.
There you will also find a reception, shops, a hairdresser, an affordable restaurant/pizzeria and Bar Ceresio with terrace. Bar Ceresio is the nicest in all of Porlezza. The fact that the locals also like to come here is proof of this. It is regularly a pleasant hustle and bustle.
Furthermore, the lake is literally at your feet. Not only from the terraces, but also from our large balcony/terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view until late in the evening.

THE APARTMENT P11
Our apartment is on the 1st floor (elevator) directly above the beautiful arcade and is the largest of the Palazzo building. It has a total area of 70m2 and is equipped with all conveniences (including air conditioning and heating). The balcony terrace measures no less than 33m2! You can stay there with up to 4 people, but it is ideally suited for a family with young children. Due to its location near the terrace, you will hear the music of bands performing there on certain evenings.

LIVING ROOM
This one is spacious. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and there is a comfortable sitting area with two armchairs and a 3-person sofa which is also suitable as a double bed. Against the side wall is a wall unit with a widescreen flat screen TV (80cm) with a satellite receiver for many channels. Radio, CD and DVD player are available. In the bookcase there are various DVDs, books and games. WIFI connection is available (for a fee).

OPEN KITCHEN
The renovated open kitchen has a complete inventory. A 4-burner induction stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron with ironing board.

BEDROOM
There is one large bedroom with 4 large closets - plenty of space for your clothes and other things. The bedroom has 2 comfortable, attached beds and offers a beautiful view, and the possibility to step directly onto the terrace! There is also a desk, or make-up table.  In addition, there is more than enough space for a camping bed. Blankets are available for the beds; Linen must be rented at the reception.

BATHROOM
The renovated and luxurious bathroom has a sink, a toilet, a walk-in shower and a washing machine.

BALCONY/TERRACE
This is truly the most special part of our apartment. On the arcade of the Palazzo is our spacious 33m2 balcony/terrace over the full width of the apartment. From the living room and the adjoining bedroom, a total of 6 double doors give you access.
The view over the lake is overwhelming. The modern garden furniture (including 2 adjustable sunbeds and a lounge set) makes you feel comfortable. The balcony/terrace faces south/west, and has two large, electrically operated awnings. We know from experience that you will spend a lot of time on this beautiful balcony/terrace, eating outside and enjoying it until late in the evening!

FACILITIES
Porto Letizia offers a washing machine and a dryer to its guests. You can also make use of it for a small fee. There is also a labyrinth, a public garden and a children's playground on site. The beach is only 50m away and has a real Italian LIDO with sunbeds and umbrellas. It is also possible to rent (pedal) boats on site.

CENTRAL RECEPTION
