In addition to the 'sun-lake-beach activities' such as swimming, kayaking, surfing and supping, this beautiful area, only 975 km from Utrecht, offers plenty of opportunities to discover the surrounding mountains with the typical villages on foot or by bike. Especially now that E-mountain bikes can be rented in Porlezza, a joint bike ride is highly recommended.
For the golf enthusiast: several 9- and 18-hole golf courses in the immediate vicinity including Menaggio, Lanzo di Intelvi, Lugano and Como.
Ski enthusiasts will get their money's worth in the winter sports resorts such as St. Moritz (Switzerland) and Madesimo (Italy).
Our corner apartment P6 with lake view less than 20 meters away, is located on the 1st floor of the Palazzo of the Porto Letizia complex (60 m2 - accessible by elevator and stairs). Sitting on the lovely large balcony, you can enjoy the lake with its beautiful mountain surroundings and the typical Italian liveliness of the village of Porlezza.

CLASSIFICATION
The living room: 2x2 patio doors to the spacious balcony. The sitting area consists of coffee tables and 2 armchairs, a luxury sofa bed (simply folded out into a normal bed: 1.60x2.00 mtr.), wall unit with HD flat screen with Dutch satellite receiver and Chromecast TV. The living area is equipped with a combined air conditioning/heating system.
The open kitchen is formed by the dining table with 6 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner induction hob, oven-microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, espresso machine, coffee maker and kettle. Of course with an extensive kitchen inventory as well as an ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.
Bedroom 1 has 2x2 patio doors to balcony. Lying on the comfortable double bed (box spring 1.80 x 2.00) you can enjoy the view over the lake. This bedroom also has a combined air conditioning / heating system.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (box spring 1.60 x 2.00).
Completely renovated bathroom in January 2022) consists of 2 separate rooms:
A: bathroom cabinet with 2 sinks
B: spacious walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine
WiFi: unlimited use is free. You will receive the login code for your stay at check-in.

You can contact the staff present with any questions you may have and they will be happy to show you the way in the park, in Porlezza and the surrounding area.

Panama Cafe & More with its lovely large terrace: Enjoy breakfast with the real cappuccino, an aperitif or a small lunch.

Hairdresser/Beauty Salon: Great experiences
The Lido (lakeside beach area with sunbathing area): guarantee swimming fun and relaxation with sunbeds and umbrellas (rental).
Panama Beach: a cozy lounge bar during the day in the Lido it becomes the heart for the various evening activities in the evening in high season.
Tennis courts: are located opposite the complex and courts can be reserved. (*CONTENT HIDDEN*)-campi.
Swimming pool is unfortunately closed until further notice.
Alternative: the swimming pool located opposite the complex, which has been new since 2024. Also covered for the cooler season.
CHILD FRIENDLY:
In high season (July/August), an entertainment team provides activities for children from 2 to 16 years old. The park has cycling and walking paths, playgrounds as well as a play boat for the little ones just outside the park on the edge of the lake.

The holiday park offers ample parking right next to the Palazzo.
Porlezza/Groceries/Market
The picturesque town of Porlezza has about 5000 inhabitants. Porto Letizia is connected to the center of Porlezza by the boulevard. Here you will find many cozy terraces and affordable restaurants and you can wander through the old small historic center. In the high season there is often a lot organized in the center of Porlezza, such as live music evenings, fireworks, boat shows and yes .. it is of course Italy: several car rallies have their start and or finish place here as well as not in the last one Porlezza is often included in the course of the Giro d'Italia.
For your daily shopping you can go 24/7 to the well-stocked supermarket (Carrefour) 200 meters away. On Saturdays there is a nice sorted market on the boulevard along the lake.
