Our comfortable apartment is located in the Palazzo main building of Porto Letizia on the 1st floor and is accessible by both elevator and stairs. From the apartment you have a beautiful view of the mountains of Porlezza and it is only 50 meters away from Lake Lugano. The holiday park offers ample free parking directly in front of and next to the Palazzo. (in the village of Porlezza charging stations can be found at various locations). There is FREE Wifi.
In the vicinity there is a cozy pebble beach with sunbathing area, where you can enjoy the surroundings and have a nice drink and / or snack at the modern lounge bar. (Panama Beach)

The supermarket is within walking distance and there are several cozy eateries. If you want to enjoy Italian cuisine not far from our apartment, there is the possibility to enjoy it within the complex.
For the children there is a "Splash" water park less than half an hour's drive away. For the shop-aholics, the fashionable center of Swiss Lugano is less than a 20-minute drive away or a 1-hour drive for a wonderful day in Milan. For the golfer there is the possibility to visit within 40 km. to choose from three fantastically beautiful golf courses. Distance from Bergamo Airport to the apartment is 96 kilometers.
If you want to enjoy the nearby surroundings, a FREE bicycle is available for 2 hours per day (request at the reception)

Located in the village of Porlezza, this apartment is ideal for exploring the Swiss-Italian lakes of Como and Lugano, which are about half an hour's drive from the location.
Tourist information is available at reception and there is a coin-operated laundry. Downstairs in the Palazzo is a café bar with a terrace and views of the lake, Osteria del Porto and more. During the months of July and August, in-house children's entertainment is also available for families with children. The holiday resort features a communal pet-friendly park with hiking and biking trails, a communal beach with restaurant overlooking the lake and a lakeside lido bar, water sports rental and two children's play areas.
From the complex you can reach all amenities in the city. The center is a 5-minute walk away, and from here you can find the bus and ferry connections on the main road. You can take day trips to Lugano, the famous Menaggio Cadenabbia and the Mount Tamaro Adventure Park. In addition, the nearby Grotte di Rescia is a beautiful network of underground caves just a 4-minute drive away and perfect for the nature lover.
