Just a few kilometers from the Swiss border, directly on Lake Lugano is the attractive town of Porlezza. The camping site is located here, in a beautiful Alpine region.

The chalet is located in one of the most beautiful streets on the campsite, spacious and centrally located, only 100 meters from the lake and 100 meters from the beach.

We are Frank and Grietsje and we have been renting out our chalet since 2008. Together with our children (2004 & 2006) we have had many great holidays in Porlezza. We still enjoy the beautiful surroundings enormously and with us many tenants. We would like to welcome you as our guest!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
