The chalet is conveniently located, on the edge and in a quiet part of the campsite on a street 'via Torino'. The chalet is 50 meters away from the lake. Next to the chalet there is space for the car.

The chalet is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 5 people, and is equipped with:

Three city bikes, 1 mountain bike and 1 children's bike
Surfboard
A fully enclosed covered terrace/veranda with dining table and chairs and lounge sofa
Room with sitting area, dining table and fully equipped kitchen
Dutch television
BBQ
DVD - CD player available, including various DVDs
Two bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. All complete with duvets and pillows.

The campsite has:

Swimming pool, with two slides, open from the end of May to mid-September (free admission)
Football court (for a fee)
Playground, trampolines
Entertainment (limited) in high season (disco, etc.);
Grocery store (high season)
Cozy bar with terrace
Ice cream parlor
Pizzaria

And of course you can use the beach and lake with water sports such as swimming, surfing (available at our chalet), sailing and fishing.

The bikes and surfboard have been checked before the rental season. These are offered as an extra and we are not responsible for any defects.

The chalet has been in family ownership for several years. Our parents had the chalet first.
Now we take care of the chalet like brothers - with our families. We love Italy and therefore enjoy coming to Porlezza every year. Every year we go as brothers to prepare the chalet for rental. But we also like to come there with our families to enjoy the Italian culture and cuisine.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include gas, water, electricity.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

up to eight weeks before arrival: the deposit
eight to four weeks before arrival: 50% of the total amount (incl. cleaning costs)
four to two weeks before arrival: 75% of the total amount (incl. cleaning costs)
two weeks until arrival: full amount
