A beautiful holiday home with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains, located on a very sunny hill on Lake Orta.
In the municipality of Miasino, in the village of Carcegna, this holiday home is located just outside the village , a 5-minute drive from Lake Orta and the beautiful Orta San Giulio. Carcegna itself is an old village where you can enjoy the beautiful views, nature and tranquility.
Our detached holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful garden on different floors. The house has a lot of light and with about 150m2 offers plenty of space for a holiday with a large family or friends.
The living and sleeping area is spread over two floors and can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms and has two bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds. The house has been modernized in recent years while maintaining original Italian details and offers a cozy interior. The lower floor consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed, sofa and 2 armchairs and is connected to a kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with shower. From the ground floor you have access to the garden with several terraces. The upper floor consists of the main entrance with a spacious entrance, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a spacious living room and a balcony. From this floor you also have access to the garden with terrace.

There are 2 to 3 parking spaces available on the property: one parking space next to the house upstairs and 1-2 parking spaces downstairs on the property (see photos). The access road to the house and the parking spaces is, as so often in Italy, a bit narrower.
Please note: due to the different levels and stairs, the house is slightly less suitable for families with small children or people who have difficulty climbing stairs.
Lake Orta is perhaps Italy's best-kept secret when it comes to lakes, as it is still relatively untouched by mass tourism – that is what gives it its beauty. The towns around the lake are picturesque in pastel shades, with quaint streets and enchanting landscapes.
At Lake Orta you can enjoy the beautiful nature, the wonderful cooling water, the cozy atmosphere and restaurants in the villages.
And if you want to see even more: From Lake Orta you can easily reach Lake Maggiore or go hiking in the mountains of the Valle d'Ossola area with the Monte Rosa mountains as a highlight or you can make a city trip to Turin or Milan - you are everywhere in no time.
