A beautiful holiday home with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains, located on a very sunny hill on Lake Orta.
In the municipality of Miasino, in the village of Carcegna, this holiday home is located just outside the village , a 5-minute drive from Lake Orta and the beautiful Orta San Giulio. Carcegna itself is an old village where you can enjoy the beautiful views, nature and tranquility.
Our detached holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful garden on different floors. The house has a lot of light and with about 150m2 offers plenty of space for a holiday with a large family or friends.
The living and sleeping area is spread over two floors and can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms and has two bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds. The house has been modernized in recent years while maintaining original Italian details and offers a cozy interior. The lower floor consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed, sofa and 2 armchairs and is connected to a kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with shower. From the ground floor you have access to the garden with several terraces. The upper floor consists of the main entrance with a spacious entrance, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a spacious living room and a balcony. From this floor you also have access to the garden with terrace.
Enjoy the beautiful view and your holiday in the sunny garden with the various terraces with garden furniture.
There are 2 to 3 parking spaces available on site.
Please note: due to the different levels and stairs, the house is slightly less suitable for families with small children or people who have difficulty climbing stairs.
