In the rolling hills of Romagna lies our atmospheric
holiday home Ca' dell' Olivo.
The house is situated on a hill in the hamlet
Lucignano, belonging to Savignano di Rigo in the province of Forlì-Cesena.
A piece of undiscovered Italy, far from mass tourism
The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the
The accompanying ornamental garden offers plenty of space to relax.
The house is spacious enough for 4 adults or 2 adults
and 2 to 4 children.
It has a large very well equipped kitchen with 6-burner Boretti
gas stove and a large electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso
appliance and more than enough pans, glassware and porcelain.
You will also find a tastefully furnished double room with 2 persons
bed (180x200) and on the other side of the house a large sitting-bedroom with a double bed
(180x200) and a sofa bed. The beds can also be placed separately as 1
bed.
There is a very spacious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet,
bidet and double sink and a smaller bathroom with sink, toilet and
shower. So also enough privacy for 2 couples.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board are standard equipment.
In the garden you will find on the spacious, partially covered terrace,
next to a dining table and matching chairs a barbecue, sun beds and
relax chairs. You can enjoy peace and nature and with a bit of luck
you see a few deer frolicking in the distance.
The house has central heating and there is a stove with sufficient wood.
There is also free WiFi.
The area is ideal for nature lovers and
peace seekers, hikers, mountain bikers and motorcyclists. But also enthusiasts
of history can indulge themselves in the many historic towns and
Borghi, all of which can be reached in less than an hour's drive. What to
reminiscent of the ancient Roman city of Rimini, or the smaller medieval one
fortified town of Santarcangelo di Romagna. Urbino in The Marches or Arezzo and Cortona
in Tuscany; all are beautiful cities with a reasonable travel time
can be reached. But certainly also the smaller Borghi in the area,
all dating back to the Middle Ages and founded by the rulers in this
area, the Malatesta, are definitely worth seeing. You're in a pinch
time in San Leo, Verucchio, Torriana, Sant'Agata Feltria - famous for its
truffle market - and Pennabilli. Within an hour you reach the Adriatic coast with
places like Cesenatico, Milano Marritima, Cattolica, Riccione. Cervia with his
salt extraction and Flamingos is nice to visit.
There are also for lovers of good food and drink
plenty of nice restaurants and wineries nearby. We can give you the

In short, there is something for everyone!
