The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor with beautiful views over the hills, vineyards and olive groves. The sunsets are spectacular.

The holiday home is only a twenty-minute drive from the Adriatic coast. In seaside resorts such as Cesenatico, Riccione and Rimini, you can stroll along restaurants, markets, shop, stroll along the boulevards, enjoy the summer crowds and of course the artisanal Italian ice cream.
The picturesque village of Borghi is within walking distance, with an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea and the valleys along the route , where you can enjoy a typical Italian breakfast like the locals. The Supermarket is only a 5-minute drive away.
The saltwater pool can be heated and is wonderfully large (10x4x1.35 meters!) There is a sunbathing area with sunbeds and parasols.
The apartment has a master bedroom, and a children's room with bunk beds. The bright living room with patio doors to the garden with terrace, is nice and cozy, and has a 2 person sofa bed, the open kitchen has everything to cook.
