Villa Rosseno-Evelyn (accommodation)

Villa Rosseno-Evelyn Is a new villa, located in the middle of a traditional kampung in Sewon, Yogyakarta, between the beautiful rice fields of Indonesia. The villa is completely privately located near the owners villa on 400 m2 of land with a large swimming pool with sun loungers, large beach towels and a cozy cazebo and terrace / garden in front of the villa.

The villa has a very large living room, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. Wifi and flat screen available. The bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you need for your daily refreshment / change, a hairdryer and towels.
Fridge and microwave available.

This is the same villa as villa rosseno Tuticat (see other ad) only with a different formula. Tuticat is an all inclusive concept and at Evelyn you only rent the villa without meals and transport. For this concept you need your own transport (car or moped) to drive to the city, a few kilometers away. You can also rent a car with a private driver from us for about 45 euros per day. There is a small restaurant for our guests where a changing menu is served daily. Breakfast is 3 euros pp, lunch 5 euros pp and dinner 8 euros pp. Children under 5 eat for free. Half price up to 12 years.
